Episode 90
"I'm The White Godzilla" (http://www.evilavatarradio.com/?p=129)

If you've ever read on the internet about a good deal on a video game, chances are that tidbit of information originated at CheapAssGamer (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/). Personally I've saved quite a bit of cash and frequent the site daily looking for game deals. And CheapyD (http://wiki.cheapassgamer.com/index.php/CheapyD), the cheapest ass of the cheap ass'ers, stops by on this episode (http://www.evilavatarradio.com/audio/EAR.Episode90.mp3) of Evil Avatar Radio (http://www.evilavatarradio.com) (and he's also joined by Wombat (http://wiki.cheapassgamer.com/index.php/Wombat)). He tells us of the beginnings of CheapAssGamer, his move to Japan, being a gamer and a father, the Circuit City Saga, and the deliciousness of the "Mega Mac".

Also in this episode we talk more of our experience with Mass Effect, the wonderful bullet points of Resistance 2 (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42571), how NOT to let Condemned scare you, the week's releases, and just a tiny bit on Cloverfield. Plus we hear from Sl1pstream who calls in all the way from Belgium to tell us a bit about "The Club" demo and his possible plans for PAX'08.

Once we're done with all of that, we sit around and talk (http://www.evilavatarradio.com/audio/Extra.Content90.mp3) about Burnout Paradise (of course), boss battles in first person shooters...well, we basically read the latest issue of GameInformer and talk about a few show ideas planned for future episodes.

If I sound weird I blame skype's audio problems. :p

It sounded fine to me, but I remember seeing you in the chat room mentioning that skype was giving you shit.

Awesome show!

Though my ears hurt from all the "pongs" on the mics in the aftershow, though I understand it's more casual ;)

Yeah, we turn the mics up pretty high during the after show because of it being so casual, we don't talk directly into the microphones.

Doing that, however, means that the slightest taps of the desks the mics are attached to will be picked up as quite a thunderous sound.

You are a foreigner. Scott has no excuse for barely being able to sling together coherent syllables.

I'll try next time to speak more gooder.

I only got into the first part of the interview, but I think that delegating chat-room roll call to a "minion" or "peon" if you will is a sign of authority.

Next time I join the chat, I plan on having my name be Mr. Mxyzptlk. :D

Call in next time and we'll let you do it.

I'll just use my full name next time. It's not like that's pronouncable. :p
Unless I'm mistaken, there's no "au" or "ij" in English.

I smell an umlaut.

I can actually look up how to pronounce that. Although if you spelled it backwards...different story.

By the way, thanks for listening.

Wasn't sure you still did, actually.

It's Dutch, we don't need an umlaut to make it unpronounceable.

In podcast form, I have been entrenched in epic battle with some software for the past few days. I spend 3 hours tweaking the RSS feed for my new podcast, and banging my head as to why it would not validate. Your show is why my keyboard is in one piece.

And that is precisely why we have Scott do the roll call. :p
