Enter an all-new Evil Dead experience, as Ash finds himself arrested, convicted of murder, and sentenced to Sunny Meadows, an institute for the criminally insane.

Though better than the madness he escaped hidden within the woods, he quickly learns the evil has only become more malevolent. Deep in the basement of an insane asylum, the mad Dr. Vingo combines technology with The Book of The Dead, AKA The Necronomicon to fulfill perverted experiments of his very own. Hell-bent on using science to harness the Necronomicon's powers, the malevolent doctor unleashes the book's all-powerful Evil on the world – creating a new breed of Deadites, monsters and experiments gone wrong, twisting reality into a hellish strudel and leaving mankind with that not-so-fresh apocalyptic feeling.

Looks mediocre at best.
Unfortunately all Evil Dead games flopped.

I really enjoyed playing Fistful of Boomstick on the PS2. The gameplay was solid, but Bruce Campbell's voice work MADE the game fun.

If the new game comes out at $20~$25, I will definitely pick it up.

I played for a bit at comic con. It was pretty cool to play through Evil Dead 2. Its definately a step up from Fistfull of Boomstick. I'll buy it. Not sure if I should go for PC or PS2 though.

I'm a huge Evil Dead/Bruce fan, so I really did enjoy those two ED games. This looks like it will be there for the fans aswell.

I heard no praise for the last two games but it's good to see at least they're willing to keep trying till they get it right.
