I knew i wouldnt win, so i bought the game yesterday. It was the only copy they had, and i happened to have money, so without hesitation, i got it. I gotta say its a really challenging game and i dont know how ppl get those scores.

It is difficult. Practice, practice, practice!

My 'secrets' for getting high(er) scores are:

Never use the 'super' version of the weapons - Reduces valor bonus and stops blue coin multiplier
Get Blue Coins - Gotta have the multiplier
Bombs are worth more when used well rather than saved at the end
Learn the patterns
Don't shoot if you don't have to, the more you shoot, the less you get in 'valor' bonus at the end
Lay off'a the right trigger, it eats up your valor bonus too
HAVE FUN!

Crap... I was really hoping to win. It was gonna be my excuse to buy a DS. I bought one anyway, but only because SCUMMDS made me need one more than I can handle. As far as this game goes, is it worth getting? The reviews have been slightly better then abysmal, but fuck those jerks.

Of all the reviews, i happen to think that IGN's was the most balanced. I got the game yesterday and i liked it. I dont say "love it" cause its hard as hell. The replay value is pretty high, since its single card multiplayer, and u can always aim for the high scores posted on the nanostray website. Not to mention all the unlockables. I say get it, its only 30 bux and it will keep ya busy .

A q about SCUMMDS. Did u get it working, if so, how did u do it and how is it?

Majesco is really one of my current fav. publishers. After the budget-priced-but-worth-full-admission Phantom Dust, Psychonauts cemented them as a top notch company for me. That game was amazing. I'm eager to try this game out, too.

I like EvAv, personally. And speaking of EA and Nanostray reviews, comparing Goldeneye: RA DS and Nanostray scores is a good way to evaluate how rational a review source is. Hint: Rogue Agent is a very poor game.

I got mine, the day after I won! Or I would have if I'd been home to accept it. (stupid FedEx) So actually it was two days until it was in my hands. But nonetheless, impressive.
