Itagaki Found Innocent of Harassment in Japan

1up (http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3164751) is reporting that Itadaki has been found innocent by a court in Tokyo.

The Tecmo developer allegedly forcibly kissed a woman after proclaiming his fondness of her and wrapped his arms around her on a number of occasions. When she complained to Tecmo management, the plaintiff said the company asked her to take care of the matter herself, prompting the lawsuit. Today, however, the suit has been settled in the Tokyo District Court and Itagaki found innocent.

That guy reeks arrogance, and the only good franchise they have is Ninja Gaiden....which on the 360, should have been graphically superior to the screenshots I've seen.

I would hate if it turned it out like she claims. But since it didn't play out in that in conclusion, all is good. He's probably not the rock star he pretends to be but he's still one of my favorite personalities just the same.

i think he's guilty, but like wolvie said, japanese courts are more likely to fault the woman than the man.

It's cool that this is all resolved now and everyone can use the outcome of the case to reinforce whatever views they already held. :)
