I kind of want to nab VF 5 . . . but somehow, even at a reduced price, I can't bring myself to pay that much for it.

It's worth it from what I've payed so far. But Two Worlds Collector's Edition for the Xbox 360 at $39.99 is a steal.

Anyone play Polarium or Prism on the DS? I love puzzle games, but there are certainly some stinkers out there and I'm curious to see if anyone has anything to say about these two games.

These prices may also be good for Child's Play (http://www.childsplaycharity.org) donations.
I checked one list that had a GameCube, and it showed for the same $79.99 price on the Child's Play wishlist as it does on the "Up to 50% Off" deals page. (Is $99.99 still the MSRP, as Amazon says? I guess I don't see many places selling GameCubes new anymore.)

That, too. I completely forgot when I followed the link first.

Front Mission for DS at 24.99. I played the old japanese version, lots of mech customization. They also have Dracula X for PSP at 19.99.

Paper Mario 1000 Year Door for $9.99. If you haven't played it and have a 'Cube or Wii, it's awesome.

Grabbed the PSTwo remote for $10. It's supposed to actually have a power button, and hell, it might be relaxing to play slowpaced games with it that dont use analog sticks.

IGN (lol) panned God Hand, but many others in the gaming press and the gaming community took quite a liking to it.
It's tough, but fair. IMO, the difficulty will either turn you away from the game completely or encourage you to try harder. Traditional Resident Evil-style controls don't really help with that matter, but they're manageable. Because of that, it caters more to the old-school gamer crowd that can forgive or ignore such flaws in a game and manage to continue putting effort into kicking ass and not getting their ass kicked.
I should mention that this game is very over the top and damn funny — check out various enemies quoting Mike Tyson, a surprise considering this game's origin of Japan. Or the fact that you can knock enemies out of the atmosphere. Or the fact that you can kick male enemies right in their balls. Or the fact that you can turn over and rapidly spank female enemies. And it gets better.
God Hand's sometimes punishing difficulty can be a struggle. But just stick around, pay attention to enemies attacks, learn how to properly dodge them (this is best accomplished by playing on Easy first, trust me), and you can you can PUNCH people in the FACE (http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/1368/godhandpromocoverrp7.jpg) too in what is a very enjoyable game overall.

The 360 game list there is pretty uninspiring...as is the DS list.
I'm not impressed when a game on sale is still over $20 or $30 dollars, also. I guess I'm hard to please and/or cheap.

And all that's left an hour later are the PS3 games. That's somewhat telling . . .
Update: Duh. There's them little clicky things up top that let you pick other systems. Need more caffeine . . .

I was planning on picking up a couple Pet(z) DS games for my daughters so this was perfect. Thanks for the heads up Bap.

Eye of Judgment is $65.99 now. Bummer... I was about to impulse buy at $55. Yes, I realize that it's sad that $15 (off retail) makes that much difference.

The link in the article takes you straight to PS3 stuff, PIPBoy :)
...or at least I hope that's your problem... *still hasn't checked other pages*
edit: k, I know I told myself I wouldn't get any more gamin' stuff until I secure a new car, but $30 for Tabula Rasa CE is a friggin' steal, even if I don't play for a while. God Hand for $15 is nice too. And hell, at $10, I'm tempted to pick up a few copies of Vampire despite already having it...
Does Oblivion play better on the PS3 or on the 360?

from what i heart its better on the ps3, since they had longer to work on that version.
The wife wants Oblivion and we just got a PS3, but I have the 360 as well. Figure I'll give it some rest though, but I've heard there is more downloadable content on the 360 version.

I've been wondering about Prism since I heard it briefly mentioned by Tycho on PA a week or so back. Can't think of a reason not to pick it up for $20! I'm eyeballing Front Missions and Custom Robo Arena too. Anyone have an opinion on those?

I heard they looked about the same and even ran about the same. I think the PS3 version has more of the DLC already inside it. They had a side by side screen somewhere. I think the colors on the PS3 looked a bit more washed out. I think either version would be good. It's not like comparing the Xbox and Xbox 360 version of Marvel Universe Alliance. I did think the xbox had a few more extra downloads, but most people have there hands full with the game, main expansion(shivering isles), and the knights of something something.
