Eurogamer (www.eurogamer.net) has a post about how much Bethesda likes Portal. So much they have made their own map (http://www.twhl.co.za/mapvault_map.php?id=4842).

The honours fell to level designer Daryl Brigner, who whipped out some rotating platforms and cobbled it all together in a presumably slow afternoon at work.

It is apparently very hard. Enjoy.

I just want to say I have tried it out, and this thing is really hard, but fun. The room rotates, and that is really cool. For those of you curious, Portal is installed in your Steam Directory, to find the location for installing the map it is most likely ProgramFiles/Steam/steamapps/[user name]/portal/portal/maps
Unzip, and paste everything from the file into that directory.

Great find. I'm going to try it out as soon as I'm sober.

Ditto on that.

Well... and one hour later I get killed by the energy ball at the last second...

Just beat it. Different style than the Valve-made levels, but very cool.

There are no autosaves in this level, so quicksave often.

I hope more companies do this.

I found it quite easy but well thought through. It's worth playing.

It took a "bit" more than one slow afternoon to pull this one off. I hope those of you that tried it out enjoyed it.

Found out about this a little while before, though had only tried it out about 2 days ago and thought it was very cool with the exception of the ball falling through the floor quite often...

I'm guessing it was a known bug, coz you could respawn the ball at a dispenser. A slight annoyance from an otherwise very well made map.

I was pretty darn impressed with it, I just beat the sucker with the energy ball switch giving me the hardest time. Theres probably an easier way to do it then I did but oh well I got it work.

Now if someone could make a map that brings back the companion cube!

Glad to see you making a name for yourself. =)

That was one tough map! Got all the way through though!

I'm sorry; I was in space last week. When you say, "The MMO is a lie," is that intended as a meaningless (albeit fun) preface to the rest of your headline, or do those words reflect any sort of reality, of which you'd be able to share the details with us?
