Project Gotham Racing 3 creates the ultimate roster of the hottest supercars in existence, introduces them to the high-definition era, and drops them into a completely new gaming world, where style rules the road. Racers define and create individually customized gameplay, and can race each other — on or offline.
Microsoft has released a new Project Gotham Racing 3 trailer that was shown at the Xbox Summit 2005 earlier this week, showing over a minute of footage and features.
You can grab the high res PGR 3 trailer (http://www.worthplaying.com/article.php?sid=26972) (25/52mb) over at WorthPlaying.

Boooo! At a little before halfway point, when the blue TVR passes the red Ferrari, the cars do not reflect in each others' paint...Other than that, the reflections are incredibly good.

Whoa. Looks great. My main concern in the framrate. We already know it looks good. Now how will it run? I'm not a big framerate whore, but in a fast-paced racing game, it's kinda important.

They've already said that they are shooting for at least 30FPS, which is enough... but we all know that we'd prefer 60FPS.
On the other hand... Forza Motorsports runs at 30fps and seems very smooth...
We'll have to wait and see.

They are supposed to have to have a steady frame rate (30 or 60) in order to get the game approved with MS, so this is probably not worth worrying about.
If a bad frame rate should get approved somehow, the public will punish the devs and MS for such a travesty. This is why we read reviews before we buy...

Doesn't PGR2 run at 30?
I've never had a problem with that game.
