Another week, another Comic Day (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1052542). How many of these do we start out this way? Well, it matters not True Believers! What matters is that today marks another joyous day of comic goodness.
This Week's Top Picks (According to Me):
Countdown Special: The Flash 80 Page Giant - It's a massive collection of Silver Age Flash stories by late author John Broome.
Thunderbolts #117 - Tension builds within the team, and Penance looks to be coming more and more unhinged. Interesting time are in the future for this team!
Fall of Cthulhu #7 - It's issue two of the latest arc, and if the last arc was any indication more people will die, more people will go insane and the Old Ones will rise.
Question of the Week - Another comic book movie came out this week, but not from a mainstream title as we have gotten used to over 2007. 30 Days of Night was an independent published by IDW, which begs the question: What independent property would you like turned into a 2 hour big budget flick?
I would also like to mention Episode 19 of Johnny Gigawatt and the Tiger Men from Mars (http://tigermen.podshow.com), We are Buddies (http://www.podshow.com/shows/?mode=detail&episode_id=84520), is up and ready to listen to! This week Phil (aka Kefkataran) joins us in studio in sunny California!
