And you thought I was kidding about brain stem fever. (http://getthesugar.blogspot.com/2005/07/stemware.html)

Hopefully Uwe Boll will direct it.

I hope they make the movie from the alien's perspective. Could be hilarious. I'd go Toy Story style animation rather than live action too.

I am all for it, as long as Uwe Boll directs it.

I'm gonna go ahead and jump on the Uwe Boll bandwagon here. Anything he touches turns to gold.

Welcome to the club, Kef. You know my prayer? I wish every time someone got on his case in a forum, someone would post please step off my man Uwe Boll. (http://getthesugar.blogspot.com/2005/07/please-step-off-my-man-uwe-boll.html) It would be the end of every Uwe Boll discussion.

I can't see why anyone dislikes the man. He is an unintentional comedy god. I have seen House of the Dead and Alone in the Dark on opening nights, and I will continue to see anything that man makes.

Can you imagine how cool it would be if Uwe Boll had been chosen to direct the "Return Of The Sith"? It would have been an AWESOME MOVIE.

Well, one can always hope that he will make a movie version of the "Battle Of Naboo" computer game.

Go Uwe Boll go!!!!

I'm actually starting to like him the more we talk about him. I don't think that was meant to happen.

But yeah, I've read article very seriously calling Mr. Boll a new cult classic legend.

My problem with Mr. Boll's movies is the soundtrack. He tries to make rock videos instead of movies. In both "House" and "Alone" there were action segments with loud punkish rock which were completely out of place in a motion picture. Get rid of that, and at least the movie could be considered watchable.

Boll is no Ed Wood. In 30 years his movies will be forgotten, and people will still own copies of Plan 9 From Outer Space...

I just bought the game like, thirty minutes ago... It's pretty awesome if you're into the genre... But WTF would I want a movie about it for? It's a game that is a parody of movies...

The world just gets dumber, and dumber, and dumber....

You certainly know NOTHING about movies, you heretic. Owe Boll is DA MAN.

Movie history is devided into two eras: BOB (Before Owe Boll) and AOB (After Owe Boll).

We rewrote the book on movies. Akira Kurosawa was an amateur compared to Mr. Boll. He should be getting the Academy's lifetime achievement award anytime now. The only thing blocking him from absolute greatness is the lack of a Duke Nukem Forever movie.

I've heard him compared to Ed Wood. But I think Camberiu makes some good points. Personally, I'd like to see Criterion Collection releases of all of Uwe Boll's movies as well as having them earn their rightful place on the AFI Greatest Films of All Time list. Evil, can you get it done?

Uh... how exactly would that be the end of every Uwe Boll discussion?

I don't buy this spoof argument about his movies. Just face it: he's trying to make serious movies and they're all terrible... or is this one of those threads where I get made fun of for not catching on to the sarcasm that is supposed to be dripping from your posts?

You are an infidel who can't see the holyness of the great profet Owe Boll. Burn in hell heretic.

Unless this is all a dream...

Oh no, it's like Dallas, Mario 2, Vanilla Sky, and half a dozen outer limits episodes ALL AT ONCE!

Owe Boll though may be too good to be real though, so you might be right about this just being a wonderful dream.

Only half a dozen? No wonder I quit watching that stupid fucking show. Its endings started sucking once they stopped using the dream endings!

or is this one of those threads where I get made fun of for not catching on to the sarcasm that is supposed to be dripping from your posts?

Using sarcasm on the internet is OLD, OLD, OLD.

I've gone past sarcasm, as people who've visited my site know. On the other edge of sarcasm is something where you don't know if you're serious or not. It's almost breathtaking.
