People often say that screenshots don't do justice to the game in motion, but this is one turd I'd rather not see moving.
The GUI alone looks less professional than most Half-Life mods.

the first trailer was released back during e3 2004.......if you look that up you might find some really nice eye-candy...maybe that was the pc or xbox version?

You would be a fool to buy this or anything on the PS2, that you could on another system. The PS2 versions are always the worst.

My Eyeeeeeeeeessssssssssssss
Quoted for truth.
The funniest thing is, it wasn't that long ago when we would star at a screenshot like this in disbelief that a console could produce such incredible visuals ;)

Am I crazy for not seeing what looks so horrible about this? Granted it's not mind-blowing next gen shit, but it's far from bad. Have we become that spoiled when it comes to graphics?
I think a better question is why some screenshots list the name "Daniel Jackson" below the life bar, while others just say "Jackson." Hope that typo isn't indicative of the quality of the rest of the game :/
It looks HORRIBLE! It looks like an Unreal-1 mod or in some cases, a Half-Life 1 mod.
Notice how I said "mod", meaning it doesn't even look like the professional products that spawned the mods. It just looks like somebody ported the Unreal 1 engine to the PS2 and got some hacks to slap together some really crappy deathmatch levels.
Even the PS2 can do better!
That looks SO BAD and probably runs just as bad too.
And why is SG1 an FPS anyway!? It better have more interaction than running around shooting Gou'uld in the face and hearing, "HEAD SHOT!" :p
