Actually, that should be a must buy for Wii owners as long as the controls work well. I had the PSP demo for a while, and it was a fun little puzzle game. Definately worth $20.

I was planning on getting Soul Nomad but I'm not 100% sold. I bought and then promptly returned Growlanser Generations last week and if Soul Nomad isn't 18 kinds of awesome, I really could stand to save my money and just get to work on the other 300 JRPGs in my collection.

Otherwise, nothing for me. I refuse to buy Halo 3 until I beat Halo 1 & 2 and they're not anywhere near the top of the pile of must-play games for me right now.

I never played through either Halo campaign because i was addicted to halflife and halo just seemed boring when i played it. I actually really liked Phantom Brave moreso than Disgaea, from a gameplay perspective. No grid = teh AWESME!

I actually stopped buying NIS games because I have Disgaea, Phantom Brave and La Pucelle and I've put barely enough time into any of them to justify buying more of the same. Makai Warriors and Disgaea 2 remain absent from my collection for this reason.

But Soul Nomad looks just goofy enough AND different enough that I can justify picking it up.

And I can hope and pray that maybe THIS will be the last PS2 game I get. HA!

In this regard, Soul Nomad & The World Eaters takes a step further: this title is probably going to be remembered as one of the biggest collections of profanity outside of GTA than for its gameplay. The villain in the game, Gig, is so entertainingly offensive that players will probably skip every line of dialogue that doesn't include him, just to listen to him again.

I wasn't excited about Halo 3 at all until I got a message from SuperTom on Friday night letting me know that he is the proud owner of a brand new Xbox 360. Now the circle is complete, and one of my bestest friends in the world has the 360. Halo 3 itself isn't exciting, but playing Halo with my good friends is excellent anticipation indeed!

Wow. 3 games to buy this week. There's just too many damn good games coming out, and previews I've seen recently show that that won't stop anytime soon.

Please let us all know how the game is. It looks like a ton of fun, but graphically unimpressive from the videos I've seen. I hope the pacing and structure of the title are compelling enough to warrant a play through.

I intend to go to GameStop this thursday and snag the game. If my hands-on with it is good, I'll post a "Horrible First Impression" first thing on Monday. :p

I cancelled my preorder of Soul Nomad today... I picked up a PSP Slim and Jeanne D'Arc and had to pillage my preorder deposits to ensure that I paid a minimal of cash out of my pocket.

I'll still probably snag Soul Nomad, but not this week. Since it's NIS, not Atlus, I should be able to get it if I don't rush out the minute it arrives.

yea, its been confirmed that Stranglehold isn't coming out this month for PS3. I'm hearing end of October now.

While it is a known fact that the titles for the PLAYSTATION 3 have been delayed, it is merely hyperbole that your Xbox WILL overheat.
