Brothers In Arms: Earned In Blood builds upon the elements that have made Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30 a success by adding new features and game modes. Featuring a new single-player narrative, new multiplayer missions, an all-new cooperative-style game mode, and new weapons and vehicles, Brothers In Arms Earned In Blood promises to lead the way.

A few months late, but the 15 minute long E3 presentation is finally available for download.

Go grab the BiA:EiB E3 2005 trailer (http://www.worthplaying.com/article.php?sid=26752) (100mb) over at WorthPlaying.

God I hated this game. The 'strategy' element of the game is about as deep as it was when it was done in Full Specturm Warrior. Which is to say that it stops feeling like anything even aproaching squad tactics after about five minutes. The shooting was pretty cool for a bit, but eventually got boring as hell.

Also, Steven Spielberg should sue the living hell out of Gearbox. Absolutely everything about the game is designed to be nearly identical to Band of Brothers. From the freaking NAME, to the individual characters, to situations, to even the smallest moments. It was absolutely appalling.

Plus, the voice acting was terrible.

I think I remember hearing some Gearbox guy say that they were doing their best to make it feel authentic, to really honor the men who died in WW2. Jackass.

I wish WP would sort out their downloads, having to click through four pages is a waste of time.

That was very cool. It's great to see proactive AI: in far too many games they sit around waiting for your actions before making their own.
