I still find it ridiculous that Fable:TLC will cost 20$ for Xbox (http://www.xbox.com/en-us/fabletlc/default.htm) and 50$ for PC (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/256285.asp). I guess it will be more expensive for Mac users too, as most mac-soft does.

The next Fable better have one huge streaming world or I'm not biting.

Interesting, because all of the Mac games I own cost the same as the PC version, if not less. Maybe you're shopping at that fancy PC ELITEST they just opened in the strip mall.

Yeah. Then he, the Chupacabra, Yeti, Sasquatch, Nessie, Alf, and a unicorn can all have a nice backgammon tournament.

Where I live, only one store carries Mac games. There's a tiny shelf with a few titles and most of them cost an arm and a leg.
There are also 4 Best Buy Canada and 3 EBGames arroundand neither has Mac software/games.

It's more like this. A friend of mine who needed to buy a new computer decided to compare the cost of Mac games with PC games. He decided to start his comparison with Baldur's Gate 2. He quickly found the PC copy for $10. The cheapest he found the Mac copy was $50. At that point he said screw it and bought himself a PC.

It's more like the Mac ELITESTS don't lower the prices on their games, even when the games are 4 or 5 years old.

True that. Fable would have been absolutely brilliant if they had a nice streaming world. Well we can hope Fable 2 will do this. I guess this was the only thing I didn't like about the game design (but it did look quite stunning).

For me, the dissapointment was that it sounded like a console version of the Elder Scrolls games, and what we got was a streamlined Action RPG with some decent customization.

The good news is after years of playing Puzzle and Photoshop, Fable will seem like a great game.
