Brand new Darkwatch screenshots

Ubisoft has released some brand new screenshots (http://www.pro-g.co.uk/media/screens/679/0/) for High Moon Studios’ forthcoming vampire themed FPS Darkwatch.

Darkwatch looks like one of the most interesting games set for release this year. If only the developers hadn’t decided to give each console exclusive multiplayer modes. The Xbox version has 16-player Xbox Live support, whereas the PlayStation 2 version has an exclusive two-player coop game mode.

They had to give the PS2 -somthing-... It's not as if a real online mode is possible on that console without the devs paying for the servers theirselves.

Still co-op is pretty popular on Live as well. Stupid decision IMHO.

Ubisoft + Undead should equal a good game. Here's hoping.

But yeah, the online exclusive modes are just silly. If the PS2 can't handle 16 player deathmatch, that doesn't mean Xbox owners should be punished by having their co-op taken away to make Sony feel better about the situation.
