Not only are the questions fact-finding, this PR manager is also pretty forthcoming with her answers (http://www.womengamers.com/interviews/guildwars.php).
The questions are long, and the answers longer; so you'll just to have to read it without any quotations :)
I like how they had to mention they were women gamers 3 times in the interview.
Also, their site sucks.

mmm...I love me some Guild Wars.
Just got it last week and it's been so much of what I need out of a game as a busy gaming Father and full time worker.

That's a good interview. Gaile dishes out some intruiging future plans. Still, the ArenaNet site lists all their employees with bios, so asking her about female developers indicates a lack of research.

What were the WomanGamers wearing when this interview was conducted atop them?
It's important that I know...because of...reasons.

Their site sucks because of why...? How many times does Gamespot or other sites put themselves in the interviews?

Something Draft will never ever get to see.

Three completely silly questions, two of which had socialist overtones, wonderful.
Still, better then the fanboy interviews where the interviewer finds it almost impossible to keep his pants on.

Have you seen their forum?

It's time to drop your wow fanboism, Draft.
It's okay to have both, and it's okay for someone else to like both even if you don't.

Don't dodge it, this is a GW topic.
Just say yes, cus the alternative is gender stereotyping.
Take your pick.

Okay... so why am I still waiting?
The fact that they're a women's website has nothing to do with this interview, did you know that?

Hahah, a women's website. That's a good one. Everyone knows women dont have websites.

Well, when you don't choose, you choose. The girls are not gonna want to dance with a bigot, you know?

I don't censor posters, so when there's a problem, I talk it over. No sweeping it under the rugs for me.
I'd say it's pretty civil so far.

Oh please. Don't log out and then log in and pretend like you don't know.
There's something called "looking up."

No, I've read every post. Someone made a "sexist" joke and it got your panties in a bunch. Now I'm making sexist jokes to keep the bunch going.

Personally, I'm wishing for some slashdot-style moderation right now.
-1s for everyone, you've gotta earn those 'Funny' and 'Informative' mods.

For the record: I'm only a mod when moderating is needed. Rest of the time I'm one of the posting readers of evil avatar.

Just so you know, here's what this looks like to the casual observer: Draft is a little bit funny, and you are completely insane. Unless there's some sort of super-secret PM related background here, you really might want to consider explaining what the hell you're talking about.

Unless you've been reading the WoW vs Guild Wars threads in the GW forums, of course you wouldn't know what's what.
Nonetheless, you find gender stereotyping "a little bit funny." Maybe you've never had women in your life that nurtured you, assured you, inspired you, forgiven you, went down the same winding road shoulder to shoulder with you.
No. You'd focus on the gender of the interviewers in a topic about guild wars.
The next time somebody cracks a joke about your mom, you better laugh.

This thread hasn't been about Guild Wars for at least three and a half pages. It's been about you and Draft having a very odd sort of conversation. Draft wasn't funny because the subject of gender is somehow innately humorous, he was funny because he very clearly did not seem to be taking things too seriously, while you seemed and continue to seem rather the opposite.
And if it's a funny joke, why wouldn't I laugh? Life's just a ride, mate; not worth taking so seriously. If you say there's some background between you and Draft that makes this whole thing look sane, I'll take your word for it. I just thought I'd let you know that from here, it looks like you're an odd obsessive sort and he's been having a great time baiting you along.

Oh really? So for the last 3 and half pages he was funny because he very clearly did not seem to be taking things too seriously while being sexist?
My god, we're on to something here!
It's your choice really. I don't think of life as a ride, I'd like to take charge and drive myself.
Think about it. Thread closed.

I got a few PMs saying different things, so here's the heads-up:
Of the 2 things that I've been doing and doing a lot of, boxing and running emergency calls, I've learned to respect women a great deal in both.
I've been dragged out of real jams by my back collar, jams that'd make an average human being piss in the pants and wish he/she stayed home that day, week, or month. When I turn to ask for backup, men as well as women pull up on scene to assist.
I know women who throw punches like a crackling whip and would tolerate a lot less than what was said here. Think you're tough because you a man who's got a couple of pounds of muscle on you? Step into the ring, you'd be carried out on a stretcher.
I'm the type of person who sternly believes that a person shouldn't be persecuted for being born into a certain gender, color, or cultural/social/economic affiliation.
Save for EA himself, in all my time here I've never heard so much as a whimper from some of the other moderators, they are very very lax. Guess what? Sometimes you gotta plant your feet to know where you stand with certain issues, or be lost in the shuffle and don't even know it.
Does all this make me a p***y or a mama's ****? Hell no. I love women as much as the next guy, but I also got high level respect for what they're capable of, given how often they're being told otherwise.
