Good to see LotRO up there as there is a fair sized community here on Evil Avatar. Are there any hidden gems in this list of games? Please leave thoughts on any or all games involved in the Madness.

I have heard good things about Spellforce, but never actually played it myself.
Lord of the Rings Online is oh so tempting but I can not allow myself to fall into the MMO trap again (until Conan and/or Warhammer).

I am getting LotR. I haven't played wow in a year (and don't want to go back) and I have been itching to get back into an MMORPG. Since Warhammer isn't coming out anytime soon I give LotR a whirl.
I wasn't into it when it came out due to lack a real pvp. Hopefully I will dig it anyway.

Quake 4 was a very good single player experience, if you are a fan of the Universe. The plot and the pacing was really well done. Quake 4 got lambasted because it was not an online shooter like Q3. It also suffered from crappy-port-itis on the 360.

I want to play LOTRO, but I only have a mac. Is there any way I could play?

Spellforce 1 was great, but the sequel should be renamed to Starforce 2: Rootkit Wars.

Yup, it has Starfarce.
Damn these specials piss me off sometimes (Quake 4). I should've just waited until now to get it.

Pretty PC-centric for a while now...:(

That's a damn good deal on LOTRO, I'd imagine they'll sell plenty of those.

Spellforce 2 is totally listed at $27.90, not $4.90, like it's listed here. It's still cheaper than the normal retail price...but not nearly as tempting.
I can't complain, though; their ridiculous sales got me to finally pick up Dawn of War for $10; I new I simply couldn't go wrong with that.

All of the prices are currently messed up. I imagine it will get fixed.

They didn't use Starforce in the North American release of Spellforce 2. Link (http://www.boycottstarforce.net/game-list/)

But I think Gogamer typically sells European/UK versions of games.

If they do they will put a (I) in front of it, and I typically remember to add that it is indeed an (Import) in the initial post.

Seconded: I bought and played Spellforce 2 (US version) and it does not have Starforce... though it does have a very similar name. :)

24 hours later, the prices are still higher at the site than in the OP.
Might want to edit or indicate such in the OP!!

Ha, I thought about asking the admins to put something up. I figured as soon as I did it would be fixed. Chalk it up to being the weekend, this is getting silly though.

man I hope they get those prices fixed, I really want q4 and spellforce 2.... again there's no starforce in the states, and even if there was I'd still play buy it I enjoyed playing it that much, spellforce 1 was a neat idea, but ultimately the game was lacking a lot, number 2 is awesome IMHO

Anyone else catch that Halo 2 is also on that list?
I wonder if anyone's sitting at their desks saying to themselves, "Huh, I wonder why its not selling."

I did not see that, but why fix it :p . I think the price would have to be $20 or less for someone who has yet to pick it up do so now.
