In Adam Buchen's last GameSpotting column (http://www.gamespot.com/features/6128136/p-18.html), he lets it all out regarding the fanboys of the gaming world. In fact, he gives you some rules to live by.A sequel on another console is a "rehash," while a sequel on your console is not; in fact, it's highly anticipated.Innovation is what it's called when your console has a unique feature. Otherwise, it's called a gimmick.

So true...so true. Most have been guilty of one of the things on the list at least once.

You know something's good when I agree with a Gamespot post. That was greast. Thanks for the laugh, Bap.

It was almost good, until this chump mentioned his own publication, even though it was supposed to be only an example it made himself look like he was an authority on all gaming just because Gayspot hired his sloppy ass.

Hmmm, I sense some hostility. However, your invective reminds me of...

Perhaps the most clever thing you as fanboys can do is to come up with derogatory names for competing consoles, such as Xbrick instead of Xbox or FlopStation 2 instead of PlayStation 2.Flopstation? Come on, even I can think of better names than that. :p

Hmmm, I sense some hostility.
I sense some sarcasm, myself.

Buy all the consoles and enjoy all the games. That's what I did so I don't have to be a fanboy. :)

To quote the penny-arcade boys once more: "I play games, not consoles."

You must realize, that some companies are evil, and some are inherently good. Some companies do it for the money, others do it... so, well, you can brag about them.
Now I'm confused. Is EvAv inherently evil or good? There's nothing in the Bible to help me, besides "Man shall not lay with GayCube." Dr. Phil said only that a physically large console will not compensate for poor sexual performance. And according to Rush Limbaugh, Patriotic Americans don't play the QaedaStation 2. I need moral guidance.
Buy all the consoles and enjoy all the games. That's what I did so I don't have to be a fanboy. :)
I think you're in denial.

I want a QaedaStation. Have to burn my GayCube now though.

Inherently evil. Hence the name.

Darth Vader joined the Dark Side and got to rule the galaxy. Luke Skywalker joined the Light Side and got his hand cut off and found out he had been trying to sleep with his sister. Think about it...

Vader, though, got his entire face burned off, his legs removed, and the general skin on his body made into a boiled mess. And Vader also got his hand cut off while following the Light Side.

After the fall of the Empire, didn't Luke go and rebuild the Jedi order? I mean, King Jedi, that's nothing thumb your nose at.

But yeah, the sister thing is a bit off. Minus one point there for Luke. I'd still give him the nod in the end though.

come on, in star wars, everybody gets their hands cut off. It's like a jedi circumcision.

It'd be great if we still had SNES only fanboys.
"Soul Calibur 2 sucks, adding a 3rd dimention to a fighting game is lame and for idiots!"

The rehash point isn't just limited to consoles. When sequels and clones of other games come out, people who didn't like those games will literally preach the need for more innovation. Unless, of course, it's a sequel or remake of a game they really like.

"We need more innovation, not more of the same! OOoh, btw, did you hear Chris Taylor is making a game that is basically Total Annihilation 2???!? I'm wetting myself!!!!"

LOL, I love PA.

This might not be necessary. if these are indeed the Gayzor Mountains, we can safely assume that the inhabitants share certain customs.
Brilliant! :D

I just want to clear something up about the Gayzor Mountaints. Not everybody here is gay. Many of us are just "curious" or "expirementing" Also, gay men don't have sex with something called a "box" and tend to stay away from things referred to as "mountains."
