New Studio forming in Vancouver made up of Ex-Relic Developers.

http://www.exoriare.com/ (Enter QUO to get inside, looks like it needs another 100,000 hits or so to activate whatever it's hiding).

Shacknews has info on the press snipet (http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/47165) that was sent out.

More info (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=150137) at the Relic forums as well.

Adam:

It's not. Lots of folks have left Relic over the years. I think there's *maybe* a handful of devs left from Homeworld days at Relic... all the plank members of Relic have left the company over the last few years. Yet Relic continues to crank out better product.

well good. I'm glad to hear it has worked out that way. I never got into Homeworld, but Dawn of War is what really got me to notice them. We all know CoH is greatness, and IMO The Outfit is badass.

Interesting that the lat/long that is dispayed there isn't actually in the US, but rather somewhere in China.

Let's just say, I've heard from a reliable source that the guys who started this company caused a lot of trouble when they were at Relic, and most people would never, ever work for them.

Satan:

There's a built in /pilotview command line switch for the 1.04 patch (IIRC) that allowed you to see from a ship's POV. I think Q is the default key to activate it once the command line switch is active. You can't exactly control the fighters, as you can only get them to attack things that swings through their line of sight.
