TeamXbox (http://www.teamxbox.com/) has posted an interview (http://interviews.teamxbox.com/xbox/1190/Xbox-360-Interview-Todd-Holmdahl/p1/) with Todd Holmdahl of Microsoft discussing the Xbox 360 hardware.

There's nothing earth shattering being discussed here, but it provides a nice recap with photos of the Xbox 360's hardware specs.

Todd Holmdahl: First of all, I dispute the notion that the PS3 is more powerful than Xbox 360. We outperform where it matters, and our system is much more balanced, making sure we can actually harness all the power of the system, unlike Sony. We believe that their teraflop calculations are wrong, and we put them at a similar teraflop number as Xbox 360. So when you consider that the hardware is actually about equal, we absolutely believe that software and services will be a huge advantage for us in the next generation.

Oooh Sounds like Fighting talk ;)

LMAO. I like the way MS aren't stooping down to the level of Sony.

I believe in MS more than Sony at this moment in time :)

*edit*
You watch, 12 months from now i'll be bitching about how MS screwed the game industry :D

Blah Blah Blah

Not bashing your post, as it is news, but this kind of back and forth bullshit will keep up at least until the fuckers are released, and probably well past. Its just really beginning to grate on my nerves.

I have an idea, shut your fucking mouths and get to work! Maybe then they could bump up the release dates instead of spending their days blowing hot air.

I did like the dig at the PS3, where Holmdahl says 'being everything to everyone is not the way to excel (paraphrased)'. It's a good thing MS would never try something like that.

Do I sense sarcasm? ;)

I don't know what that is. And does that little face thing have something in its eye?

as much as I hate using smileys, i do feel the need to add them sometimes so as not to seem like a dickhead. If I told someone that i'd like to see them dead, but was only kidding, I'd thus use a smiley.

Other times, those smileys creep me out or just come off a little too...bicurious. I'll try to refrain from now on. :)
