The article over at 1up (http://1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3141543) states that yes, MxO will be part of the SOE All-Access Pass.
Since Sony has it now can we expect 2 or 3 expantion packs for MO before the year is up?

That would probably be a good thing. Then they could change a lot of the dynamics of the game and make it not suck ass.

What is this all access pass?
Like you can play several MMOs for one fee?

Pretty much.
And this is pretty much as expected, and a good idea to boot, gives more people access and gives the devs some motive to make it playable.

Are the games on all-access free to download? If they were the amount of crappy MMo's would make it worthwhile. Since they aren't... well...

You do have to own the games first, but it's still a pretty good deal. I myself am a previous player of the original EQ, Planetside, and Star Wars Galaxies. Each of those games offer pretty unique experiences (especially SWG with Jump to Light Speed) so throwing down the 23 bucks a month for all three is pretty worthwile to me. I may yet get EQ2 since it's down to $30 and if MxO comes down that may become a worthwile purchase too. My expierience in the beta was that the game presented some decent ideas but was very broken (quest that could not be competed for example). The best part of the game, combat, was the least used feature. I spent most of my time in it running around. Hopefully SOE will address some of these issues and make the game decent.

EQ was always an exploration game, after all. odd that it was WoW that handed out XP for it...

Playing EQ, EQ2, Planetside, MxO, and SWG actually sounds more like "work" than fun.

Yeah, last I checked an all-access pass is only $21 or 22 a month. For that many games? Very tempting. I might think about it if I get bored with WoW or CoH in a few months.

This is the first inside information I received since I started working for SOE. See how I didn't squeal? I am proud of myself.

This is one of the few things that I applaud Sony for doing, and I hope it sets a trend with other companies running multiple MMOs (i.e. NCsoft). I'd love nothing more than having CoH, CoV, and Auto Assault all covered under a single subscription when they are all out and available.
