The Spanish Magazine "Play2Mania" has released their newest issue with a full preview of Liberty City Stories. Inside is a lot of new info and a few new screenshots, although they're in Spanish. Here is the info that we have from the mag so far.
• No planes or helicopters can be found in the game
• You control the player character Toni using the analog stick
• Camera view can be changed using the analog stick
• Graphics are better than that of GTA3
• Liberty City Stories features new landmarks
• R3 missions are included in the game
• Rockstar had a playable version of the game at E3 on the PSP
• Better draw distance
• Cars have reflections
• The game's storyline is going to be as long as Vice City's
• Unique jumps and hidden packages are scattered throughout the city
Go to GTA-PSP.net (http://gta-psp.net/) for all the screenshots and info!

game looks to be pretty feckin sweet. when the price of the PSP comes down, i just may have to pick one up solely for this game. Rockstar SELLS systems, baby.

I'm guessing the R3 missions will actually be some other kind of mission, like 'select missions' or something.

Liberty City Stories can be fit on the UMD cause R* and Sony got better with the technical stuff.
Wow, that's an awfully complex process they're describing... I don't know if I can keep up with all this tech jargon...

The missions you activate while in specific vehicles by pressing R3, like Vigilante in a cop car, delivering pizzas, driving the ambulance, taxi cabs, that sort of thing.

i think by R3, he was talking about the Vigilante, Ambulance, Firetruck, Pizza Delivery, and other missions when you jump into specific vehicles. Am i correct?
Or maybe I'm not. I think those missions are triggered by the L3 button.
Edit: Shoot, Bleed beat me too it!

Based on previous arguments here, from some very vocal memebers, I thought the $250 price tag wasn't supposed to be any impediment. It's superior graphics, giant lcd, UMD movies, wifi internet, and certain franchise games, etc... Were justification / reason to disregard its price.

Right now I'd own a PSP, but I dont do enough traveling, I have other games to play and cannot warrant another accessory purchase, and well, GTA isnt out yet. The other games seem alright, but as with the DS, nothing truly intrigues me yet. I always wait for a price drop for systems. That way games will be bountiful and the hardware itself wont bruise my wallet.
The price now is still worth all the features...but patience is a virtue. I'll wait until the fall, probably.
