Robert Taylor must form a hi-tech team of specialists to beat his former partner at his own game, and turn the tables on the international mafia. His team consists of the most specialized of specialists, including professional thief and con man Alan Siegel, gadget and surveillance guru Bernie Stanton, and Foster’s former lover, Valerie Carrera. To succeed, the team will stage elaborate heists in the most secure locations across the globe – London, Prague, Los Angeles, even on a cross-country train—to recover a pair of Rembrandt paintings and the priceless jewel.

The first single player multiplayer game enables gamers to control up to three characters at once. The innovative split screen gameplay offers new ways for characters to work in precise coordination, from setting up clever deceptions to distract security guards to timing anti-security measures down to the split second.Check more Th3 Plan details, screens & trailer (http://www.worthplaying.com/article.php?sid=26154) over at WorthPlaying.

I refuse to have anything at all to do with a product with such a retarded name! Fuck it, whatever kind of game it is it can go suck my cock. I just don't care...

Wait a minute, so here's a game with a genuinely innovative style of gameplay and you guys are ragging on it because of the name?

Aside from the "Ass Graphics for PS2" I think it looks kind of interesting.

hmm if the game manages to be playable... I may try it.

until then, they need a new name like teh planzors. or The Plan.

I wonder if the name was a typo, or if they are trying to cash in on all the love that Driv3r got?

I'll make a bet that they decided to name it that for two reasons:

1) The storyline has you working with a team of 3 characters and controlling them asynchronously.

2) If someone wants to know more about the game, searching for "Th3 Plan" will return more accurate results than "The Plan"

It's not a good name, but the name isn't really the most important thng about a game.

All the reasons DannoHung mentioned, plus the fact that it's a "high-tech gadgetry" kind of game.

The concept is interesting, hopefully it just won't devolve into a blind and utterly boring button-mash fest where you don't get to use the tools and gadgets yourself but the game does it all for you instead...

That plot sounds like a ripoff of Ocean's Eleven. Also, that's a really stupid name.

/looks at own name, leaves thread hastily

The gameplay sounds interesting, though it sounds more like a rent than a buy. Might be too high concept.

If somebody can pull off a good Ocean's 11-type game with a little less comedy and a lot more guns, I'd buy it.
