New Crash Bandicoot game in development

Looks like a Spanish-speaking magazine got the goods on a new Crash Bandicoot game called Crash of the Titans being developed for the Wii, DS and the GBA. GoNintendo (http://gonintendo.com/?p=16421) has a scan, and it appears as though we might see the game as soon as October of this year. Crash also looks to be sporting a slightly redesigned look.

The first two were two of my favourite games on the PS1, the third one was good, CTR was awesome then after Naughty Dog was taken out of the picture they started not being so great (except Crash Bash, love that game)

I hope they make another real good one. No exaggeration when I say I liked the original more than Mario 64, and wish that there was a Mario game in Crash's style.

HERE! Who knew that speaking spanish could not only help with the ladies but here in EvAv also? I'll get on it.

Edit: Since there is no direct link to the spanish website and it's impossible to read the small print, I can't really add anything other than what the Doc has already said. The game's coming out in October. That's all I got.

Edit 2: I tried looking for the article online but I could't find anything on it. I guess we'll have to wait till the american sites pick this up.

Zooming in on the blurry text, I was able to make out that the provisional title is Crash of the Titans due to the the huge enemies roaming Crash Island, Neo and Nina Cortex have transformed all the island's inhabitants into monsters, and the Wii version will somehow unlock content for the DS version of the game.

Resident Evil sucked until RE4. Perhaps the new Crash title has some new life in it. I'll reserve judgement until I hear more since I've seen good franchises go bad, and bad franchises get good. I thought there was no life in Tomb Raider too, till the most recent entry performed CPR on the name.

3 may not have been the best of the 'trilogy' that Naughty Dog created with Crash, but it certianly didn't suck. And you can't ignore Crash Team Racing, that game is one of the best cart racers ever to come out, second maybe only to the new Mario Kart on the DS.

It's a great game if you like cart racers, but PS1 games don't exactly hold up all that well from a graphics standpoint, so it may be pretty painful. It just had some excellent track design, and the weapons really fit. Of course, the fact that my wife and I played it against each other constantly may have contributed to my enjoyment of the game quite a bit. :)

Yeah it's damn near impossible to read at that size.. even if it was english I'd have trouble making out a lot of the words.
