Harvey Birdman's new case on the PSP/PS2

One of my favorite Adult Swim shows is finally getting his (http://www.gametab.com/news/874142/) own game!

At a San Francisco press event last night, the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney publisher confirmed it had acquired the rights to another animated bastion of litigious justice. Capcom has entered into an agreement to make games based on Cartoon Network's Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, part of the same Adult Swim lineup that spawned Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Robot Chicken.

Sounds promising...hopefully we'll get that thing Capcom sent us soon!

I thought it was strange that it wasn't announced for the DS, although if the game was going to have a lot of voice acting (which is the whole point of the show) the platforms makes sense since the DS can't hold a lot of audio.

I wonder if Capcom has something different planned for the 360... Marcus Phoenix Wright anyone?

Damn, you know I was just playing Phoenix Wright a couple of days ago and was thinking "You know, this game would be even more awesome in a Harvey Birdman context." I guess there really is a god?

If this game can be the PSP's Phoenix Wright, I'm totally sold. I'm a little wary just because of who's developing it, but I'm crossing my fingers hoping that it works out well.

Sadly, I doubt they'd get Colbert to do Phil's VO. Of course, they may just be doing it as text like Pheonix Wright.

I'm definitely getting this, but I hope that the developers can match the humour. I'd be happier if they had some of the show's writers on it.

Sweet, sweet awesome-ness. I do seriously hope they port this to DS, though. It should be doable, since DS games get as big as 1024 Mbit (aka 128MByte). Some tolerable audio compression should make it fit more than easily enough, unless the script is just huge. (Which, honestly, wouldn't be THAT bad a thing, really.)

The first two seasons of the show are some of the best material AS had to offer, the third was short lived and decidedly bad however...with all the proper voice acting, it could be a very worth while game for the PS2. (for us fans of the show)

and the thing with Colbert, the issue wouldn't so much for the character Phil, that was basically him just talking and hamming it up, you'd really need him for Dr. Reducto to sound right IMO.
