Excelsior! FileShack has posted a new City of Villains movie (http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=7169) showing off three minutes of gameplay and interview footage.

It is a VOB file.. just a heads up... They made a quick comment about the only way to get a base is to be a evil guy... I hope this is just a quip about how one needs to "buy" this game to get the bases.....
