Destineer has released the first patch for its squad based shooter Close Combat: First to Fight, set in a Middle-Eastern urban conflict.

This update brings your UK/US or German retail game to v1.02 and adds a dedicated server, enhances observer mode, fixes portfolio and save deletion functions, adresses a rare crash, as well as a AMD SSE issue.

Every time I see the name of this game I think there's a new addition to the Close Combat series. Fuck.

Anyone played this - is it any good? Computer Games Magazine gave it a glowing review, but they seem to be in the minority on this.

Its shite. Sorry.
Its not even good in a guns blazing arcade sense, and its terrible in the tactical realism sense.
