W00t! A shitty game based on a shitty series from a company that has only released 3 good games, and thats being very generous.

I enjoyed the movie Stargate, but that tv series is just gross.

Well, I love the series, and the game looks great! The E3 demo was really nice to look at and the gameplay was very smooth. Plus full coop with your friends as different team characters is going to, for lack of a better phrase, r0xx0r my b0xx0rz!

Richard Dean Anderson...oh hells yeah.

"I don't think this is such a good idea, Mr. President. MacGyver's an environmentalist. We can't trust those people."

First, Stargate SG-1 > Everyone in the post, combined.

And second, after reading some info on it, it sounds like one of the major features of this game is full online campaign play. That means you can play through the entire single-player campaign with THREE OTHER PLAYERS online. Awesome x5000.

I don't really care for the show all that much, but the E3 vid for this game seems like it will be worth giving a shot to say the least.

Maybe the first three to four seasons; the later seasons aren't particularly good IMO. The later seasons on Sci-Fi have been on a steady decline since at least season 6.

The first season on scifi (the one without Daniel) wasn't very good, but the other two have been very entertaining and have finally developed the humans to the point of being formidable.

However, Stargate Atlantis is horrid.

You know, right about when I first saw these screenshots I was on an UEd kick and was considering trying to create the gate complex, complete with a teleporting gate to some woodsy sort of place.

Then I realized it would end up like all the other DM-Box maps I've done so far, and gave up.

But really, I think without the more campaign-y aspects of the game, this would be a relatively easy mod to do. Too bad someone didn't think of it before work started on this one, now it'd be copyright infringement or something :(

You said it. After his awesome voicework in the Fallout series, I can't wait to have him do another game. I'm not a fanboy of the Stargate SG-1 series, but I do enjoy the odd episode and I like how they just keep plugging away at it.

Amanda Tapping was in porn.

I, uh, have nothing else to say on this topic, except that Jack O'Neil is a great character.
