I'm not sure if this is some sort of ARG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternate_reality_game), or just some promo material but when you get a letter addressed to you from a Hospital for the Criminally Insane you usually pay attention.

There better be some killer Wii mote controls for this one. Imagine how fun it would be to make like your strangling someone with the cord between the wand and the nunchuck.

Redirector is found in another directory. Should be this:

I really liked the first manhunt, so hopefully this will be on par or even better

Reminds me of where I studied for my degree. Those were the days, I still miss those tiny little paper cups that the pills came in.

Looks like they're doing a fresh storyline, I like when sequels do that... and the characters weren't that interesting in the first Manhunt (I did really like Brian Cox's voice though, shows what a professional actor can really bring to a game).

Damned if I know. The whole thing's kind of a blur these days. Except for the electroconvulsive therapy - boy is that an eye-opener!

Awesome.
I, like many found the original Manhunt to be fairly mediocre, but I'm in total agreement with awesomeness being derived from the possible inclusion of coop. Coop makes even the worst games playable, if only for the potential shenaniganry that ensues.
Oh, and that's a pretty good marketing ploy they've got going. Certainly beats those convoluted ARGs that seem to be all the rage as of late.

That is actually some cool marektting, I need to play the original. And Amazon reminded me that I never played the Suffering or its Sequel, The Ties that Bind.

The original MH was a fun game once you got used to it. Very different ... in a good way IMO

if you read the letter, its kind of funny that there is a letter. you would think that if they wanted to keep things on the DL, they wouldn't send a memo about it; especially one that mentions "The Project." oh well, I suppose it's only a promo.

I believe you're kinda missing the point there. Welcome to EvAv, though. :)

See they could have gone all out with this instead of just slaping MANHUNT on the braclets. A good ARG is always fun and they could have had some real fun with this one... ah well

Ah Rockstar, just when controversy around you starts to die down you drop another offensive game to further drive the Jack Thompsons of the world. Thanks! What's the secret in this one? Necrophilia in the basement of the sanitarium?

And the courts will just toss Jack out on his ass again, while we all get to point and laugh.
Isn't the Florida state Bar having hearings on disbaring him though?

Sure is, and there was much rejoicing.
