New Pirates of the Burning Sea Trailer

Our swashbuckling friends over at Flying Lab send along word that they have posted a new trailer (http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/8990) for the BEST.GAME.EVER., Pirates of the Burning Sea (http://www.burningsea.com/). The teaser shows more epic ship battles, tropical avatar environments, and a peak into swashbuckling avatar combat.

Does it show how slow the ships move, turn, and fire? If your into semi realism, this is your game. An online game, sure I can see it. An MMO, nope, it doesn't cut it.

I fail to see any origional concept with Pirates of the Burning Sea. I mean come on, players go around in search of "booty" in every MMORPG.

I always thought a pirate MMO would be pretty awsome. Something like EVE Online on the Seven Seas. This just doesn't look very interesting, however.

After watching the demo I think the game looks great, but interesting...... I admit it does look a tad bland from a distance. Hmmmm if they have some good story tellers on board you can make any game interesting but we will have to wait and see.

I can see all the twitch kiddies going completely f'ing bonkers at how slow the ships move (which is a good thing!) and I can allready predict 90% of all battles will be fought in ports because people are too lazy to go out to sea.

If they add lot of flavor with tons of cool goodies to collect, the ability to burry your own treasure for others to find, or simply blast your speakers with a "YARRRRRR" on the opening screen then I'll deem the game worthy.

I'm all over this shit. A John Tynes written Pirate MMO? Fuck yeah!

Important question: Is there somewhere other that stupid ass Gamevideos that's hosting this? Preferably for actual download?
