Play Nintendo (http://www.play-nintendo.com/playnintendo/content.php?content_id=587) has created a few modern Valentine's Day cards. A couple are outright hilarious while others are, how shall I say, a bit suggestive.

Note: While they contain no nudity the provocative language of a couple of these may fall under NSFW. You've been warned.

The kirby one was... disturbing.

#8 isn't bad: "You'll die just like your father."
#11 isn't bad, either: "ride you like a wolf." :)

#11 is probably the best, though most of them were admittedly weak.

I laughed out loud at "One size fits all" and "ride you like a wolf." Cheers to those guys, those are pretty funny.

Who is that crazy looking chick in #11? I wouldn't mind having her hiding in my shadow and jumping out to ride me like a wolf - but my wife might be concerned.

I found them pretty meh (especially crap like the Link one) until #10 and #11. Those both made me Laugh Out Loud.
P.S. So I guess they're releasing a new one each day until V-Day, in case you missed it.

I thought the Tingle one was hilarious, same with the Andross valentine.

Haha. Thats a tanuki and yea, those cards are going into some strange territory.
Kirby and the shadow chick from Zelda are the best in a big pile of "meh".

Are you referring to Mr. Nook? Of Nookington's and Animal Crossing fame? He DOES own everything.

Decent.
Being a videogame buff, I'd definitely appreciate getting one of these, though knowing about them diminishes the novelty.
I like the Samus. The Navi is clever but it's not Valentine's Day material.

Those are pretty funny. I think the Tingle one should be "We're both sins AGAINST nature..."

The Navi one is downright brilliant! :D

I agree, that was my favorite. It's a big inside joke between my friends and I. When one of us wants the groups attention, we just say in a high pitched voice "HEY, LISTEN.....HEY....LISTEN...HEY..."

"Ride you like a wolf" indeed. :D

The boyfriend got a kick out of the Link one, I thought it was cute. The kirby card is hillarious as well.

Is the Link one supposed to be sporting some massive morning wood?

I never got around to playing Animal Crossing, but I lived in Japan so I know if there's a creature that looks like a raccoon in a japanese game, it's a tanuki, not a racoon and he wears a loincloth for a reason.

I love these (minus the link one). They're weird, disgusting, and an absolute mockery of well...everything. Great stuff. My favorite was the Reggie one.

The reason Tanuki wear loincoth is cause their genitalia is so freakishly huge.
[url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TanukiThe actual wild tanuki has unusually large testicles, a feature that has inspired humorous exaggeration in artistic depictions of the creature. Tanuki may be shown with their testicles flung over their backs like travellers' packs, or using them as drums.[/url]

You know, from Archie. He always is stealing Betty & Veronica (and Jughead, on occasion...)

Really? NIN uses him?

Really? NIN uses him?Oh yeah. They recently aquired the Archie licence and are in the works to release a Jughead burger eating game on the Wii and a dating sim-type game on the DS, starring Betty, Veronica, Reggie and Archie.
I hear you unlock Midge and Moose in the dating game and can upload them to the Wii for the burger game.

Samus' flexibility was nice, as well as "ride you like a wolf".

There is nobody who would get these that I would also want to send a valentine to.
