Team Xbox has a quick look at the new title from Namco Frame City Killer. The game seems to be taking heavy influence from the film Bladerunner in style as your character Crowe tries to tackle a drug overlord, moving through a garish neon city hunting his prey instead of going about his business guns-a-blazing. The game seems to focus a stealthy distanced approach to finding your enemy before finally going for the kill.
Throughout the game Crow will be forced to stalk his suspects before actually taking them out. This could mean tailing them from their house in the morning, going to the gym, grabbing some coffee and so on. It’s up to the player when in that span of time, or perhaps later in the day, that the evildoer will bite the big one.
...
The game will make use of the time of day as Crow will be working around the clock. Some objectives are better suited toward the nighttime than eliminating targets in broad daylight.

There's a video, but it didn't run too well for me, what I did catch looked the part though.
The 360 library seems to be shaping up quite well already.
