Bizarre Creations Responds to Sony's GT:HD Banner Botch

After reading about the, "GT:HD is PGR3 banner disaster" yesterday, I was extremely interested to find out what Bizarre Creations, developer of PGR3, thought about the whole thing.

Whilst we're not involved in the development of GT:HD, it is flattering that Sony would use a PGR3 screenshot to promote their games. We've certainly seen a few smiles here at Bizarre. :-)

Bah. Sony is a courtroom bully (yes...MS is also a behemoth and a bully as well). I like seeing Bullies knocked down a notch or two. This would be a chance for Sony to catch some of their own shit. I'd love a lawsuit.

Microsoft spends most of its court room time on the defensive. They launch a couple of bully lawsuits, but nothing on the level and frequency of Sony.

Sony, legally, is just an asshole. Frankly, had the situation been reversed, I could see Sony suing over this.

I'm starting to believe sony is so damn arrogant that they are intentionally ruining their rep in every way possible because they really do believe they are going to come out on top of the console war and the HD format wars in the long run. simply so they can feel good about themselves when they do and throw it in all our faces

If you are referring to them suing the GeoWars clones, I kinda have to agree with them in some cases. Hundreds of these games were popping up and some of them were virtually identical. Namco did this for years with games that ripped off pacman graphics identically. I dont blame Bizarre for doing the same.
