Civ City?

Gamegossip (http://www.gamegossip.com/comment.php?id=13502) dug up some dirt on Take 2 Interactive, the publishers of Civilization IV. Apparantly they filed a trademark for Civ City. Could this be the next Civilization game following Civ 4? Or possibly just an expansion pack?

I'd like to see that as an expansion pack. Civilizations are built upon the backs of great cities. Athens, Rome, Constantinople, even New York, Paris or London. It's an area of the game that could be enhanced massively and an add-on/sequel that interactives with Civ 4 would be a great way to do that.
