Gamespot (http://www.gamespot.com) has a short article and a larger picture gallery of Kentia hall up here (http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/05/20/news_6126110.html) .

Humble beginnings, old-school gaming, and a plethora of peripherals; in the three-ring circus that is E3, Kentia Hall has the carnies.

this (http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/05/20/screens_6126110.html?page=6) image has the amusing :description Soon to be blamed for a brutal schoolyard beating.

Now is that for the kid with the gloves beating, or getting beaten for using goofy boxing gloves to play games

I love Kentia Hall. It's less packed, and there is some cool gadget stuff in there.

I've never been to E3, but it sounds like Kentia gets most of the really strange things, the stuff that exists only because some random guy thought it would be awesome. No five hour lines either, I'd guess.

Yeah, there's never much in the way of lineups, and there's always some booth babes down there.

All the Head Mounted Displays and what not are in that area, along with unique controllers, and stuff like racing seats for driving games. Controller makers like Saitek as well.
