Reality-changing mutants! Wall-punching super-boys! Sneezing Doc Fingers! Yes, folks, it seems that all these forces have collided in a major winter crossover event to retcon Evil Avatar's weekly Comic Day threads leading to this reboot! (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23218) Make sure to check out the thread, where we'll spend the week talking about what comics we're picking up and why. Scalped #1 -- Other Side writer Jason Aaron is kicking off this new Vertigo ongoing that takes place on an Indian reservation. Supposedly this series will offer up Sopranos-style organized crime drama centered around the gambling, sex, and drugs at the reservation's casino. Also, there should be some scalpings.
Civil War #6 -- You know the drill. Buy it if you're interested, otherwise just read it in the store to assess the damage to the Marvel universe. Most people (the esteemed Doctor Finger not included) weren't impressed with issue five's slow pace, so let's just hope stuff picks up here, one issue away from the end of the series.
