PS3 specs and picture (yeah right?)

GamersReports have published a rumor that originates from the GameAxis website. That site claims it has both the facts (http://www.gameaxis.com.cn/2/lib/200505/16/20050516207.htm)
and an image (http://cq-ef.net/hosted/images/ps3-4.jpg) of the Playstation 3. Just a few hours before the Sony press conference...

Is there some kind of theme going on this generation? This one's silver, 360 looks white/silver and the reported revolution pics that have come out lately are all silver/metalic looking as well.

Maybe they're all trying to be "classy" not just "toys".

Well, I'm pretty sick of black consoles, and silver does have a better aesthetic. Though that PS3 looks like pure shit...

Notable would be that it looks to support four wirless controllers, judging from the little numbers on the right side of the pic.

Hmmm ... that's not quite what I expect to see when someone says that there is an image of the PS3 at this point. :(
I was hoping for a grainy, sasquatch-sighting-esque, pic snapped by someone sneaking around the Sony booth, not some sterile design document. Ah well ... what to do to pass the hours?

Haha, blatantly fake. The gradients are far too perfect, and the gradient ends early on the left side. The controller has no borders and not enough of a shadow on the edges. The lighting is totally off. Controller joysticks have an awful gradient. Yeah, pretty fake.

if its takes over a few things under my tv, I dont really care what the bloody thing looks like.

It's actually pretty sharp looking. I find it funny that Ps3 is convex and 360 is concave, could these two companies be any more obvious in trying to differentiate themselves?
