Operation Flashpoint 2 Developers BIS are either changing the name of the series (due to changing publishers) or also working on another game, entitled 'Armed Assault.' The http://www.flashpoint2.com/ site has changed, and there is now a new site http://www.armedassault.com/.

so we will attend AA meetings in the future where we discuss how much we abuse playing Armed Assault. a little sad with the name change.. oh well.. it' not that important anyways.

By the way its developing, it seems that armed assault is actually another project from BIS. Codemasters is definitely publishing flashpoint 2. Flashpoint 2 screens are on channel 3 of the flashpoint 2 site, armed assault video and screens are on channel 2.
