By the time I get a PSP (probably about 2 months from now), there will be no less than 8 games that I MUST get.
I think the PSP may be the most impressive system launch and followup in a long time.

I really wish the PSP was 50-100 bucks cheaper. I want one....

You're tellin' me. The price will go down eventually, but I don't know if I will be waiting until then.
I think the PSP is worth what it costs FAR MORE than the DS is worth what it costs. But I still have quite a few GBA SP games to get through (FFTA, Fire Emblem, and the game from the X-Com guys when it comes out!)
EDIT: Speaking of which, here's a nice little line from the Gamespot article on the Rebel Star game:
The first of the two levels available at Namco's event was a training mission in which you'll assume the role of Jorel...

I've been playing a lot of this on my X-Box.. nice game. I'm curious how much the PSP version will pack on screen at once- sometimes the game will have a lot of cars on screen at once.. doing a five man race through a crowded freeway won't be quite the same if the game is limited to showing six cars at a time, y'know?
*Legion* - FFTA is worth skipping, if you ask me.. it's easy, boring, and lacking in any merit in terms of story. S'too bad, 'cause the first FFT was one of my favorite games ever. 'Course, I'm just another faceless internet person with an opinion, so... <shrug>
