Sideshow Toys has posted their review (http://www.sideshowtoy.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi?category=051305sith) of the upcoming film, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Beware, there are a few spoilers.

Episode III: Revenge of the Sith isn't perfect and like the last two films, there is some stilted dialogue and a handful of moments that do play a bit cheesier then I'd like. But what is important to note is that those cheesy moments are the exception, because they are in the middle of what is otherwise an extremely cool movie. Per usual, both ILM's FX work and the score by John Williams are top notch. Most importantly, Lucas delivers his best work as a writer/director since the original Star Wars. The climatic duels between Anakin and Obi-Wan and between Yoda and the Emperor are phenomenal to behold, culminating in a scene between Anakin and Obi-Wan that is rather remarkable for how horrific and primal it is. By the end, this appropriately melodramatic, powerfully told story of good people headed towards unavoidable tragedy has achieved a rather Shakespearian feel and makes for an extremely satisfying conclusion to this incredibly popular series of films.

Interesting, but haven't there been online reviews floating around for days? There have been plenty of reviews on Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/star_wars_3/) for a long time now.

Actually, if Rotten Tomatoes is to be trusted, this is at least the 32nd online review of SW: EP III, which makes it a little less exciting. But hey, Star Wars is Star Wars.

This is by far not the first review. Ain't it Cool News has had reviews online for at least a week.

Another words, the movie is good! I'm not sleeping in a tent over this, but I will be there the 2nd day after it opens.

I always found that funny when Star Wars Episode 1 came out. People sleeping in tents to get tickets, then I come the next day and get in no problem.

I cant wait to see it actually, and I swore that I wouldn't get excited over this one after the last two dissapointments.

Please God, let this one make up for those. I have a feeling that if it sucks, uber nerds (myself included) will be rioting in the streets, beating anything in sight with plastic lightsabers.

Ain't it Cool News doesn't do reviews, they do poorly written amateur fanboy editorials - usually without having even really seen the movie, but based on what someone "told" them about the movie.

Same here. We decided at the last minute to go see Episode 1 and drove to the nearest theater at 10:00 on opening day and there wasn't any line. We were like the 4th couple in the theater. Now, by around 10:45 when the movie started the theater was pretty full, about 70% full, but we didn't have to wait in any line and this was the very first day.

Sideshow is an Evil Avatar sponsor / advertiser. That's no secret, and explains this being a 'news' item. I thought it was a rather subtle plug, myself.

I'm not allowed to say anything about pirating. That said, I refuse to pay any more of my hard earned dollars for Star Wars movies until I get my money back from the first two atrocities.

Actually if you read any of the ROTS reviews on Aint it Cool, you'd find the same kind of fair review as you posted by your sponsor there. Most of them agree on the same points- still cheesy dialogue, but not quite as bad. Amazing action scenes, but some poor characterization like General Grevious.

And everyone who reviewed it did see the movie, at pre-screenings, just like your reviewer did.

Beware, there are a few spoilers.

How in the hell can there be spoilers to a prequel? You already know what happens. A lot of it is laid out in the first, err, last, umm, the only 3 Star Wars movies worth watching.

This movie is Satan. It's tempting me when I know it's going to hurt me.

ME: "Stay away, dumb movie. I saw the last two of you. You were complete shit!"

MOVIE: "Oh but look at my new reviews, everyone's saying I'm way better than the last time!"

ME: "That's what they said last time!"

MOVIE: "Yeah, but there's something different about this time, isn't there? You feel it, don't you?"

ME: *sniffle* "Yes. But go away still, please!"

MOVIE: "I will have you in the end. Mwahahaha!"

I have no idea. I would never ever ever give up spoilers. Ever.

When is it stated that Palpatine is Annies father? It's not in anything like the novelization, comic, or anything else.
