Just caught this post in the Teamxbox forums, posted by K1LLTACULAR. It seems there are some Danish Magazine scans of the XBOX 360 along with some nice looking pics of the Next-Gen Ghost Recon 3.
Here is the link (http://forum.teamxbox.com/showthread.php?t=344851) to the post.
And here are the links to individual scans:
one (http://img165.echo.cx/my.php?image=36019dd.jpg) , two (http://img165.echo.cx/my.php?image=36023vx.jpg) , three (http://img165.echo.cx/my.php?image=36038ql.jpg) , four (http://img48.echo.cx/my.php?image=36043ck.jpg)!

I speak some Swedish, which is pretty close.
It starts with
'In less than 6 months it happens. First in USA, 7-10 days later in Europe and in December in Japan.'
No price information. Some mentions of games to come, 10-16 in launch, 40 in the first half year. Confirmation of the Silver and Gold Xbox Lives. I get the idea that the camera would always come with the Xbox360... Don't know.
But when are they going to tell if it's backwards compatible or not?

i'm guessing the lack of information on backwards compatibility confirms it's not there. Those screenshots look hot. There's 2 other groups of screens floating around, one for a Dynasty Warriors type game that just has a sick amount of detail, and a bunch for DOA 4.

launch games: 8-16 titles, including: Perfect Dark, Project Gotham, Kameo, Rallysport Challenge 3, Ghost Recon 3.
20gb hard drive, I think, included.
Wireless controllers as standard, include rumble. Take 2 x AA batteries and can be recharged by hooking up USB to the controller.
You can watch TV on it and stream stuff from the PC.

Microsoft has learned it's niche from the first Xbox, and is now going strong with it.
The ghost Recon pics look pretty sweet.

I'm betting Ghost Recon will be a launch title and a good way to go to get people interested in Xbox Live.

Thats it, the hype machine finally snared me. I am a hardcore PC snob anymore, but I WILL have one of these. The machine is beautiful, its specs are making me want to mess my pants, the screens from that game are breathtaking. I'm done for.
Only one concern, not big enough to keep me from buying it mind you, but the X-Box wasn't known for having a large selection of great games. Don't start screaming at me fanboys, as I do know of the really great games that came out for the machine. But at least in the beginning, its library left a lot to be desired from what I saw. Keep in mind that this is comming from someone who never owned one (played my roomies from time to time) and was just watching from the sidelines. Enough babble, I just hope that MS brings out some really kickass games at launch and soon after, because they already have my money for the system.
That's all fine and good but what about the BACK OF THE CONTROLLER? I'm dying to know if all four trigger buttons will have give like the current xbox, or will be more like the R and L buttons on the PS2 controller. Personally I'd like half and half.

Me too. Everything I have read on the topic does seem to lean towards this being the case. Personally, I think that removing the triggers would be a huge mistake, as they are vastly superior than plain buttons in so many ways.
As for those screens, they do look fantastic, or at least as good as the can considering they were scanned. After seeing those and the earlier uncovered DOA 4 screens, I have no question in my mind that this thing will be a beast. I mean, in several of those DOA 4 shots, every single crowd member was rendered in full 3D with a hefty poly count, and there were dozens upon dozens of them. I can not wait until tonight when we will be treated to some of these games in action.

two triggers, two buttons

Not too shabby a launch lineup. Enough to coax me into jumping on board anyway.

Aye, it's been clearly stated that there are two triggers, ala the current controllers, and two 'button' type buttons. I hope they are more like the Dual Shock shoulder buttons. I can't stand the 'worst of both worlds' shoulder trigger/buttons on the GameCube controllers.
Also, I believe that those DoA4 shots have been conclusively disproven. And thank goodness, since they looked barely half a step up from the current gen. I expect any REAL DoA4 shots to look quite a bit better than that.

I noticed the Peter Moore sidebar has the words "Square-Enix" in it. I wonder what that means?

"We have no news on the question of Square Enix and I don't think anything will come to light at E3."

This is a bit late since the forum activation email took 12 hours to arrive (is that normal?), but anyway here is a short summary as seen through the eyes of a norwegian reader. You can never have too much information :D
- Release in less than 6 months, first in USA, then Europe 7-10 days later, and Japan in December.
- Price unknown, but they claim to know what price range will sell well, and specifically state "We won't make the same mistake we did with the previous machine in Europe".
- Possibly 10-16 launch titles, and aiming for 40 titles in the first 6 months.
- Launch titles from Microsoft: Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo: Elements of Power, Project Gotham Racing 3. Other games mentioned: Dimitri, Gears of War, NBA 2k6, Halo 3, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, The Godfather, The Darkness, Call of Duty 2, Rallisport Challenge 3, Test Drive: Unlimited.
- Hardware specs are same as previously "leaked" info. The HDD is mentioned as being removable and upgradeable, and the console is Wi-Fi 802.11 ready.
- Xbox Live Silver and Gold seem to be pretty much what we've heard before.
- Interesting note: MS sees the future of the 360 as a multimedia center where you watch TV, see movies, and do all kinds of online interaction. Could this be a hint for future add-ons?
- They are aiming for 50% Live users this time (well at least they're optimistic).
- The controller is slightly smaller than Controller S but has the same "feel", and has a middle button, "The ring of light", for bringing up the dashboard. The button also indicates which controller you are using, and can signal events from the dashboard (incoming messages, Live invitations, etc.)
- More than 20 prototypes were discarded before deciding on the current design. It was created by sculptor Jonathan Hayes (Microsoft employee), and two design companies, one from the US and one from Japan.
- No visible screwholes (sounds obscene, is this correct english?), and the front is removable.
- Has two fans, which are dynamically adjusted both in speed and use.
- Using the dashboard is completely seamless, it can be accessed any time, like in the middle of a game.
Oh, and hi, I'm new :p

Welcome Carnifex!
Thanks for the translation.
Much of the info is old news, but still good none-the-less.
