GameBrink (http://www.gamebrink.com/) reviews a classic compilation, Fatal Fury Battle Archives Vol. 1.
Fatal Fury Battle Archives Volume 1, the fifth release in the series of Neo-Geo Online Collection titles, contains Fatal Fury, Fatal Fury 2, Fatal Fury Special, and Fatal Fury 3. All of these games have a decidely old-school game play feel to them; Fatal Fury's game play saw a lot of changes in the Real Bout titles, which will be featured in volume two. Like the previous releases in this series, FFBA's games are based on the original Neo-Geo MVS versions, meaning most of, if not all, of the games are very bare-bones, containing only the arcade modes, and difficulty options. Training and survival type modes are nowhere to be found. The game also contains several emulation options, allowing you to choose between two screen sizes, soft or normal filtering, and original or Neo-Geo CD soundtracks.
