The slow and steady stream of features and content for Microsoft's new Xbox 360 Dashboard update trickles on. Today, a slew of new video apps have debuted, including the UFC app (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/07/ufc-on-xbox-live-full-access-octagon/) and VUDU. Here's the full list:
