I don't think this is coming to the 360...is it?

Edit: Nevermind it is. According to the official site (http://www.lucasarts.com/games/legostarwarsii/). These screens are PS2/XBox 1 though.

Indeed it is good sir. And as someone pointed out, it's $10 more than the PS2/XBOX versions. So I want to know what I'll be getting for that 10 extra bucks.

At least 720p resolution and all the other technical requirements that 360 games need.

Would the PC version not be able to do just as high a rez? .... Yup, it would.

You get achievement points with the 360.

I never got the appeal of this game. Why not spend the time and energy making a proper Star Wars game?

Because its been done, many, many times. This is something different and amusing.

Better textures! Oh wait, Legos aren't textured...

I don't have a 360 or XBLive, but aren't Achievement points just money that you can only spend on XBLA? Ten bucks that you have to beat a videogame to get back, I might add? And if that's the case, do you even get your ten bucks worth of points back?

I can't wait to see what other out takes they have in the game. Lego SW 1 had some silly ones, and you can already see some of them popping up in previews now. Things like the Snowtroopers fishing, or heating up their backsides against the space heater in the snow.

I'll admit, I laughed.

Achievement points are simply "bragging rights" to certain games and a way for other people to see what you've played and how dedicated a player you are.

Better textures! Oh wait, Legos aren't textured...WTF? Of course they are textured! Thats literally what gives the lego people their faces and clothes, painted-on stuff. Which is almost exactly what a texture is. ;)

I hope the final PC rev allows for 1920x1200. 720p my be great for 360 gamers, but some of us demand more ;)

Not even that, it's the greatest marketing invention ever, tapping what gamers care about most, their e-penis.

How do you think MMOG raiding even exists? It's too awful to do just for the experience, it's to get the loot and show everyone back in IF or whatever the size of your e-dick.

I loved the Star Wars disco.

I tried the first game yesterday, and was rather disappointed. It's different, sure... and a fresh take on the otherwise serious Star Wars universe. But holy hell, the game is pretty glitchy and feels rushed. The partner AI is dumb, the enemies are dumber and some parts are terribly frustrating, even for kids (Podracing part of Episode I made me cringe).

I've yet to unlock more of it, only finished the Ep I part. So far however, pretty underwhelming game with extremely basic platforming elements.

The first one wasnt anything ground-breaking but it was Star Wars and it was quirky and most importantly it was pretty fun. Its one of the few games my sister loves to sit down and play. Any game that we can both sit and enjoy is gold in my book. I can't wait to check out this one.

LSW 1 was a great pick up and play game that was fun for anyone. My wife loved it. Any game we can sit an play through together is usually worth the price of admission.

Hmm, perhaps I am underestimating it's accessability and fun factor. Yes, I suppose it's great for jumping into with a friend and going crazy. :p

I never got into the first one but this was pretty fun. PC + PS2 Adapter + PS2 Controller = win.

This is coming out on the Gamecube too right? Did Fitbabits just neglect to mention that or am I mistaken?

Sadly, I think it's not (The first one never did).

It did actually. ;) I never did play it though. I'll probably pick up this new one though on the Cube - I read a preview in EGM that got me pretty excited for it.

Thanks Zanzibar!
