FiringSquad (http://www.firingsquad.com/) chats with Eidos' Klaude Thomas about their plans for Battlestations: Midway, the upcoming WWII themed naval action-strategy game. You can check out the interview right here (http://www.firingsquad.com/news/newsarticle.asp?searchid=11561). Here is a snip:
FiringSquad: World War II continues to be a popular time period for games. Why do you think Battestations Midway will stand out from the crowd?

Klaude Thomas: Battlestations: Midway deals with the sea war in the Pacific, which has quite a different feel from the European land war. Midway puts you in command of the Air, Sea, and Undersea forces of the US Navy and Imperial Japanese Navy. You'll be controlling the true titans of war - multi-thousand ton Carriers and Battleships, numerous squadrons, Submarines - and you're in command, both of the whole fleet and of each unit individually. While many games share the theme of World War Two, we believe only Midway will give you that unique gameplay.

This game reminds me so much of the remake of Battlezone, I'm really excited for this.
