More news coming out of WW: Chicago. First, Marvel's big Mondo panel (http://www.newsarama.com/WW_Chicago_06/Marvel/mondo/panel.html) included tons of info on Planet Hulk, Fantastic Four: the End, X-Factor, Spider-Man: Reign, and more. Marvel also announced (http://www.newsarama.com/WW_Chicago_06/Marvel/NA_26.html) that Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch, both vanished since the end of last summer's House of M will be returning in a single-issue story in New Avengers #26. In other Brian Bendis news, we'll be getting a new five-issue Illuminati mini-series (http://www.newsarama.com/WW_Chicago_06/Marvel/IlluminatiMini.html) starting this winter. Marvel's Civil War panel (http://www.newsarama.com/WW_Chicago_06/Marvel/civilwar.html) featured a ton of small hints as to where that mini might be going.
Brian Wood (http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=79429) of DMZ fame announced a new two-year contract with Vertigo, including a new ongoing series (titled Northlanders) about vikings. Wrapping up Friday, the DC Nation panel (http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=79466) included a wealth of information: 52, what Geoff Johns and Richard Donner will be doing on their run on Action Comics, Batgirl in Teen Titans, an extension to Marv Wolfman's run on Nightwing, the possibility of more weekly comics after 52 wraps up, and, most importantly, the return of G'nort!
More Wizard World news coming in the next couple days.

All of that sounds awesome, particurally the new Illuminati mini.

There's a high chance I'll buy the Illuminati mini. I was only so-so on the one-shot, but the concept still intrigues me enough that I'm interested in seeing them go more in-depth on it.

Illuminati will be awesome, I hope.
I just want to see Namor get his ass handed back to him, personally.

I'm glad to hear that Marv's run on Nightwing has been extended, and that they're going to tie OYL and Outsiders together. I was also glad to hear that there will be a 52 issue dedicated to the Bruce/Dick/Tim training trip.

Thank goodness, X-factor is getting a new artist. Maybe we can get a consistent look with the characters now and get rid of those freaky smiles. That smile the orphanage lady had still creeps me out.

Hmm, lots of good stuff in the panels from both publishers. Glad to see Wally will be making a return (no matter how short) sooner or later and that Barry Allen is staying dead.

Thanks for the JSA run-down, Dr. Finger! There were a couple I couldn't figure out, especially Maxine Hunkel. How extensively has she been used before?
Man, new JSA is looking hot, though. Beautiful cover. My new background.
