It's in association with The Sun, Nuts, T3, and various other porn publications. It's aimed at the tards who lap 50 Cent games right up.

Bulletproof was a good game. Just not, ya know, game of the year caliber.
It probably has something to do with this: http://www.ukresistance.co.uk/2006/06/vote-for-50-cent-bulletproof.html
Good ol' UK Resistance!

At least Nintendo is getting their due, as well.
I know I'm going to catch a ration of shit for this, but frankly they're the best publisher virtually every year.

Yea well at least they got EA to jump aboard the wii :p
Just a far fetched question but here it is anyway.
IF Nintendo failed with the Wii will they make another game system?

Mario wins the favorite character award too, no surprise there.

EA has been onboard every Nintendo system - it's not really a surprise that they are onboard with the Wii. It is nice for fans of EA though (which I am definitely not one of.)
To answer your question - the Wii won't "fail" and of course Nintendo is going to make another game system after it.

I think Wii will do better than GameCube, and that is the criteria Nintendo gave for if they'd consider Wii a failure, if it sells less than GameCube.
Anything exceeding the GameCube install base would stem the tide of declining sales they've experienced since.. well, since the NES.
It just seems they're hitting all the right notes.
Developers seem mostly happy, except the ones that make expensive graphics engines. Nintendo seems to have been humbled somewhat and is being more reasonable about how they treat third parties.
It's going to be by far the cheapest console this gen. It will still be able to produce respectable graphics, though obviously nowhere near 360 or PS3, but again you're paying much less.
It taps into that whole retro market, and I know a *lot* of people who haven't cared about home consoles for years who are really looking forward to Wii.
That said I still have no feel for how this will turn out. I have this dread that the mainstream gamers will still buy PS3 for the name and nothing will change. Japan though. Will be interesting to see how that works out, Microsoft isn't a factor and DS is slaying the PSP. If they can really associate the Wii with the DS they might be able to pull it off.
