If you've managed to avoid checking out the deleted scenes (http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/08/heavy-rains-deleted-scenes-exposed-reveal-supernatural-conne/) in Heavy Rain, you'll get a chance to finally play through them when Heavy Rain Director's Cut launches on November 8. In addition to scrapped content, the re-release also includes The Taxidermist DLC, the soundtrack, eight bonus making-of videos, a few themes, concept art and two trailers, PlayStation Blog (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/11/03/heavy-rain-directors-cut-ships-november-8th/) reports. There's also a new front-end menu and UI with Move support (http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/13/heavy-rain-patches-in-move-support-september-22/).
To celebrate the (re)launch, Sony's making the Heavy Rain Crime Scene Dynamic Theme available on PSN the same day. We're sure that'll fill the void in your heart left by the child you lost at that mall one time, you monster.http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif (http://www.joystiq.com)Heavy Rain Director's Cut slated for November 8 (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/03/heavy-rain-directors-cut-slated-for-november-8/) originally appeared on Joystiq (http://www.joystiq.com) on Thu, 03 Nov 2011 14:30:00 EST.
