Pre-ordering from a chinese site? No way, I've had some bad experiences with them. Their customer service is non-existant, they also take several days to get your order together and ship it.

Do a little research and you'll find out that ASUSTek just moved its fabricating facilities from Taiwan to China. What's that mean?

Yes, the PS3 is made in China.

I do plan on picking up the Wii as soon as possible. I can get a PS3 in 4 years when it is 129.99
