The Hall of Fame edition's MSRP is $59.99 for the PS2 and $69.99 for the 360, ten dollars more than the standard version of the game.

Yeah...I am going to have to say no and spend the $10 on something else. But that doesn't mean I won't be picking up the standard version. I've been playing Madden since my C=64 days.

Damn, I feel old.

While I understand EA going for a cash grab, I'll be passing on this for sure.

I am actually interested because of the Career Retrospective that is on the bonus DVD. The rest seems pointless though, including the actual game, if Madden holds true to the pattern it has been following. The 2K series was a much better playing game.

I agree kind sir. Madden hasn't been good since the 16 bit days.

If you buy the PS2 version, won't you get pissed to see how much better the game will look for only $600 (ps3+game+tax) in the G4TV PS3 video???

Has anybody mentioned if this year's version of Madden on the 360 will be better than the utter horror that last year's "tech demo" was on the 360 version?
