As I don't really feel like searching the internet for a time zone conversion, how long until it starts?

Like always, I'll have to wait for the podcast to dump onto my PSP. Even if I bothered to find out when the live show starts where I'm at in Stuttgart, the two things stopping me will always be either:
a) I'm at work when it's going down
b) I'm in bed when it's going down
But here's to episode 20! :)

At least you know it'll be worth it when you get it. ;)

So...I managed to fall asleep before the show started. As I still had my headphones in, the show is somewhere in my subconscious, locked forever.

Poor guy. I'm glad to know we have a listener from Belgium! Lots of international listeners for the show.

Goddamn it Kef. I slept for nearly 12 hours last night (morning) and only caught 15 minutes of the actual podcast. Would it be possible to start it earleir? Maybe only half an hour of music? Just to help those on different continents and timezones?

No! Not earlier. I can barely catch it after work as it is. And I am waaay more important then that guy.

I don't care what Boris Karloff thinks, everyone should cater all activities as per my greatest convenience.

CRAP!
Last night was Episode 20?! Stinkerooney. I went to bed early since my kid's been sick all week, I had to get up for work early today, a dog ate my homework, the internet tube from my house is clogged, I was too busy refreshing Toybane.com to see if anyone had updated it recently...
Crap. Of all the nights not to tune in. Ah well.

It actually really isn't. The first hour is used for interviews when we have them, and those generally run in the 30min-1hour range, so we need that whole hour beforehand.
Spigs, just make sure to catch the podcasty version!

NO! I want to listen to it live! I demand a private re-recording of the show for my personal benefit.
No? Sigh. Don't make me get all Canadian on your ass.

I understand you need the filler, and people like to request for music, but does it have to a whole hour? I love the podcast, and can understand entirely if you don't want to change it. Though hopefully soon I'll have my own space so as not to worry what time I go to sleep. People finding you awake while they have gone to sleep isn't too pleasant.

Like I just said, interviews tend to run around an hour for us, so we need that full hour for playing interview when we have them. Ocassionally we'll have a shorter one, like the Geoff Keighley interview, but generally they're closer to an hour. Plus, my show for the station NEEDS to run until midnight, so starting half an hour early would me an extra half hour of phone calls which would send the already high length of the podcast skyrocketing. :p

It's cool. I knew there would be a reason for everything the way it is. The podcast is fucking fantastic the way it is. Guess it means I'll have to listen to it at a later date. There's just something about being in the chat while it's happening that makes it all more.... awesome. But things will change on my end soon enough for me to stick around the whole 3 hours. After all, it's the best goddamn podcast in the multiverse. :D
